Here comes the highlight for every culture and music lover’s social calendar – the Innibos National Arts Festival 2025, which is taking place from 3 – 5 July, in Mbombela (Nelspruit). This year the theme is LEKKER and we are searching for pop-up artists (Buskers) whose unique talents will be a LEKKER cherry on top at the festival.
According to Sandra Jacobs, Marketing Manager of the Innibos Arts Festival, the skill and creativity of pop-up artists will add a little extra flavour to the beloved Lowveld festival. “From acrobatic stunts and miming to playing unusual instruments or even balancing a washing machine on your head – whatever you can do to entertain, it’s welcome!”
“You can showcase your talents freely on the festival grounds, and we’ll give you the opportunity to set out a hat for tips,” she adds. What could be LEKKERDER than a festival filled with spontaneous, pop-up performers who can liven up the atmosphere anytime, anywhere?

Innibos offers every pop-up artist/busker free entry to the festival grounds and the opportunity to collect tips from festival-goers. We also request that performers be available for the entire duration of the festival, from 3 – 5 July.
